Shipment days are Monday until Friday
•⁠ ⁠There are no shipments on Malaysian public holidays, Saturday, Sunday
•⁠ ⁠Shipments will only be made with our assigned courier agent (J&T Express)
•⁠ ⁠Shipments are only to Malaysia
•⁠ ⁠Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
•⁠ ⁠Orders after 12pm will be processed the following business day
•⁠ ⁠Delivery period will be within 3-5 working days for West Malaysia & 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.
•⁠ ⁠Tracking numbers will be provided upon order made
•⁠ ⁠We will not be liable for loss or damage of goods during shipment. Recipient may contact our shipping agent directly through given tracking number / receipt
