Return & Exchange

NOTE:

• All purchases made through RISEK Website are considered as final and there are no cancellation/returns/refunds allowed EXCEPT for DEFECT ITEM only. For defective items, complaints must be reported within seven (3) days from the date you receive your order from the courier.Any late submission of complaints / items will not be entertained.

   

• All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging.
  

• Importance to make video unwrapping and including a clear legible Awb or cosignment letter. Complete view of the products without any skips in the record.
• After receiving the package , take a picture of it from front and back, and every side before opening it to preserve the proof.

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition. Returns will be accepted if delivered back within 7 days from arrival of package and one time exchange only. 

All the returns will be subject to the following term and conditions:

1) This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our website.

2) Items purchased during sales and promotion are nonrefundable and are not allowed for size exchanges.  Please refer to the size chart available before making any purchase.  Items damaged or torn during delivery must be report once parcel delivered and received and it must be returned within 3 days after the report is made. We will replace the item, but it is subject to remaining stock. Goods must be with return form slip.

3) Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item, exchange size if stock still available OR the item received is incorrect. However, exchange design is not allowed after the order has been submitted.

4) All shipping costs are borne by the customer, and Risek are not liable until the item reaches our warehouse.

5) Risek reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that a customer is abusing our return and exchange policy, and the product will be sent back to you.

6) Risek is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with correct Order ID will be attended.
